Precautions for 200L Silicone Kneader Machine

Power Supply: 380V 50Hz
Main Power Cable: 15 sq. mm copper wire or 30 sq. mm aluminum wire
Main Power Switch: 150A
Reducer Oil: Summer - No. 320 gear oil; Winter - No. 220 gear oil (30kg). Replace after first month, then every 6 months.
Heating Jacket: Add 40kg No. 380 thermal oil
Hydraulic System: Add 20kg hydraulic oil to tank
Maintenance: Lubricate four bearings with butter each shift
Startup Procedure: First run main motor - verify rotation matches factory arrow direction before starting hydraulic motor
Operation Sequence: Start machine before adding materials
Gear Maintenance: Regularly apply butter to both large gears
