Key Operational Processes

Cross-linking Transformation: Unvulcanized rubber molecules are linear and behave like clay. The vulcanizing press machine uses heat to trigger a chemical reaction between the rubber and vulcanizing agents (like sulfur), transforming the linear molecules into a three-dimensional network structure.

Enhanced Physical Properties: Post-vulcanization, rubber experiences dramatic performance improvements. Tensile strength, elasticity, hardness, and wear resistance are significantly increased, along with excellent resistance to heat, aging, and chemical corrosion.
