Structure and Working Principle: It consists of a fixed jaw and a movable jaw. The rubber tread is placed between the two jaws, and then the movable jaw is driven by the hydraulic system to move towards the fixed jaw, applying pressure to the rubber tread. At the same time, the vulcanization process is carried out by heating the mold.
Advantages: It has a simple structure, is easy to operate and maintain, and can apply relatively large pressure to ensure the vulcanization quality of the rubber tread. It is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises with low production volume and a variety of product specifications.
Disadvantages: The vulcanization efficiency is relatively low, and the production speed is slow. The size of the vulcanized product is limited by the size of the jaw.

Disadvantages: The equipment is expensive, and the energy consumption is large. The heating and cooling time is long, which affects the production efficiency.
