Plate Vulcanizing Press Machine

• Structure and Working Principle: It mainly consists of a frame, upper and lower heating plates, a hydraulic system, and a control system. The elbow joint accessories are placed between the upper and lower heating plates. The hydraulic system drives the upper heating plate to move down and apply pressure to the accessories. At the same time, the heating plates heat up to the set vulcanization temperature, and the rubber molecules in the accessories cross-link and vulcanize under the action of high temperature and pressure
• Advantages: It has a simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, and is suitable for vulcanizing rubber tube elbow joint accessories of various shapes and sizes. It can also vulcanize multiple accessories at the same time, improving production efficiency.
• Disadvantages: The vulcanization time is relatively long, and the temperature and pressure distribution may be uneven in some cases, which may affect the vulcanization quality of the accessories.

Vacuum Vulcanizing Press Machine

• Structure and Working Principle: In addition to the basic structure of the plate vulcanizing press machine, a vacuum system is added. Before vulcanization, the air in the mold cavity is pumped out to form a vacuum environment. This can effectively remove the air bubbles and moisture in the rubber tube elbow joint accessories, improve the density and quality of the vulcanized products, and reduce the occurrence of defective products
• Advantages: It can improve the vulcanization quality of the accessories, make the surface of the vulcanized products smooth and dense, and improve the mechanical properties and sealing performance of the accessories. The rubber material is heated and plasticized by the heating system and then injected into the mold cavity of the elbow joint accessories through the injection system. The mold clamping system applies pressure to the mold to ensure the filling and vulcanization of the rubber in the cavity. The control system can accurately control the injection volume, injection speed, vulcanization temperature, pressure, and time.

Continuous Vulcanizing Machine

• Structure and Working Principle: It is mainly composed of an extruder, a vulcanization chamber, a traction device, and a cutting device. The rubber material is extruded into the shape of the elbow joint accessories by the extruder and then enters the vulcanization chamber for continuous vulcanization. The traction device continuously pulls the vulcanized accessories out of the vulcanization chamber, and the cutting device cuts the accessories to the required length.
• Advantages: It has high production efficiency, stable product quality, and can realize continuous production of rubber tube elbow joint accessories. It is suitable for mass production and can reduce labor costs.
• Disadvantages: The equipment is expensive and has high energy consumption. The production line is long and requires a large production space.
