Tire retreading process

1. Carcass inspection: Use X-ray, laser or ultrasound to detect damage to the old carcass to ensure retreadability.
2. Tread grinding: Use a high-precision grinder to remove the old tread and retain the intact carcass structure.
3. Bonding treatment: Spray glue or hot vulcanized adhesive to enhance the bonding between the new tread and the carcass.
4. Tread bonding: Use pre-vulcanized tread or hot vulcanization process to bond the new tread.
5. Vulcanization shaping: High temperature and high pressure curing in the retread vulcanization tank to ensure that the tread and the carcass are firmly bonded.
6. Quality inspection: Perform dynamic balancing, air pressure testing, etc. to ensure that the retreaded tires meet safety standards.
