Motorcycle Tyre Making Machine
It is used for automatic shaping and vulcanization of tires during production process of bicycle, electric car, motorcycle cover tires, and ATV tires, replacing the wind(water) tire to complete production of tire products in accordance with technological requirements.
This machine used shaping and vulcanizing machine powered by hydraulic pressure, adopting B-type capsule, tow-way thermal curing. Mainly consists of beam, umbrealla stand, hot plate, central organization, foundation, frame. electric control system, oil pressure system and other parts. The machine has a simple structure, stable running, high accuracy of upper and lower mold aligment, easy operation, simple maintenance, high production efficiency, low labor strength and other characteristics.
