The Floor Standing Hanging Rod Type Rubber Compound Film Batch Off Cooling Machine is designed for cooling rubber compound sheets from rubber mixing mill machines. This essential downstream auxiliary equipment serves mixers and dispersion mixers by cooling, folding, and depositing rubber strips from open mills or twin screw extruders. The machine performs continuous operations including rubber slab conveying, separate applying, air cooling, drying, cutting, and wig-wag stacking.

The Rubber Compound Film Air Cooling Batch Off Machine is a standard cooling device in rubber product manufacturing. It significantly simplifies production processes for tires, cables, rubber hoses, and other rubber products by effectively cooling and drying rubber sheets from mixing mills or sheet presses for proper storage.

After kneading and mixing, rubber material is pressed into hot rubber strips/sheets. This batch off cooling machine processes the hot rubber by cooling and applying release agent through the following procedure:

• Receive hot rubber strip/sheet and coat with release agent
• Hang rubber strip/sheet on festoons for cooling and drying using fans
• Stack cooled rubber strip/sheet on pallet

The Rubber Batch Off Cooling Machine comprises an inlet module, cooling device, lifting device, festoon module, down swing device, operating platform, and ladder. The electrical control system is housed in a control box with emergency control devices installed on the machine.
