Application
Rubber Sheet Batch Off Cooling Machine is used for cooling rubber compound sheet from rubber mixing mill machine, serving as the downstream auxiliary to the mixer or dispersion mixer. This equipment performs cooling, folding, and depositing of rubber strips from open mills or twin screw extruders. It is designed for continuous operations including rubber slab conveying, separate applying, air cooling, drying, cutting, and wig-wag stacking.

Component Description
1. Take In Device
Used to apply pressure to the film, controlled by cylinder with fluctuation for convenient operation. Taking speed can be manually controlled and adjusted for ascension. The device uses conveyor technology with a frequency governor-controlled transmission system.
2. Soak Device
Equipped with triplet, manual rotary valve and pressure cylinder. Adjusts pressed roll through cylinder control via manual rotary valve to compress discontinuous film into continuous sheets.
3. Leaching Plasma Device
Functions as film conveying equipment for immersing and applying isolation agent. Equipped with cooling water pipe for continuous cooling liquid isolation to control temperature.
4. Take Up Device
This device uses conveyor belt to transport isolation liquid film to the air cooling section for gripping.
5. Wind Cooling Device
Constructed from frame, cooling fans, hook rail and hang lever conveyor. Utilizes 20 axial fans to meet film cooling requirements. Hang levers installed on taper pins hold the film securely.
6. Conveying Laminated Device
Processes film into laminated measures with continuous folding in film seat.
7. Electrical Control System
- All wires controlled by PLC for easy operation and reliable quality
- Production line speed adjustable via inverter to match film cooling line speed with host
- Fan control through group control with over-current protection circuit breaker for each motor
