Scope of application:
The rubber vulcanizing press machine can be used to make O ring, sealing parts, oil seal, auto parts, rubber crash pad, rubber air spring, key board, medical rubber parts, rubber bottle stopper, silicone wrist band, water-stop tape, bridge support/bridge bearings, rubber cable, electronics insulators etc.. This rubber vulcanizing press machine is a four-column bottom-top structure, and the main engine consists of an upper beam, a lower machine base, a movable platform, an automatic push-pull device, an oil cylinder group and a column. The plunger structure is installed in the lower base.
Features:
1. When the machine is working, the plunger moves from bottom to top to close the mold, press molding, automatic mold closing, automatic ejection, and automatic heat preservation, pressure preservation and exhaust functions to ensure product quality. This machine is equipped with hydraulic power source for single machine drive.
2. When the product is vulcanized and formed, the oil pump motor stops working, and has the automatic pressure compensation function and the oil pump shutdown delay, and the oil circuit configuration is more reasonable and reliable.
3. The deflation time, deflation times, heating temperature and vulcanization time can be set, and the operation is convenient.
4. The double-rubber vulcanizing press machine is a double-machine single-pump station structure. The oil pump is in the middle of the double machine, and the lower base is also used as an oil tank; the hydraulic and electrical systems have overload protection devices, which are safe and reliable to use.
5. The hydraulic cylinder adopts the technology imported from Germany, with reliable sealing and long service life.
6. The electrical box of this machine is fastened in the middle of the main machine, and there are double-sided operation buttons, which have functions such as curing time control, electric heating temperature control and hydraulic compensation.
7. The double vulcanizing press machine is equipped with an automatic ejection device with automatic ejection function.
8. The whole computer PLC can touch programming, customize the program, flexible operation, one person can operate two machines, and the efficiency is high.
