Application
Rubber Sheet Batch Off Cooling Machine is used for cooling rubber compound sheet from rubber mixing mill machine, serving as the downstream auxiliary to the mixer or dispersion mixer. This equipment performs continuous operations including rubber slab conveying, separate applying, air cooling, drying, cutting, and wig-wag stacking for rubber strips from open mills or twin screw extruders.

The Rubber Compound Film Air Cooling Batch Off Machine is an essential cooling device in rubber product manufacturing. This equipment significantly simplifies production processes for tires, cables, rubber hoses, and other rubber products by properly cooling and drying rubber sheets from mixing mills or sheet presses for optimal storage conditions.
After kneading and mixing processes, rubber material is pressed into hot rubber strips/sheets. The Rubber Batch Off Cooling Machine cools these hot rubber strips/sheets and applies release agent during the process.
Working Procedure
- Hot rubber strip/sheet intake with release agent coating
- Hanging rubber strips/sheets on festoons for cooling and drying with fans
- Stacking cooled rubber strips/sheets on pallets
The machine body comprises inlet module, cooling device, lifting device, festoon module, down swing device, operating platform, and ladder. The electrical control system is housed in a control box with emergency control devices installed on the machine.
