The equipment features a comprehensive design with hard-tooth surface vertical reducer, multiple barrel sections, advanced temperature control system, and specialized components for optimal performance.
Screw Construction
Manufactured from 38CrMoAlA high-quality nitrided steel, the screw undergoes quenching, tempering, and surface nitriding treatment to achieve surface hardness of HRC60-65 with a hardened layer depth of 0.5-0.7mm. The innovative screw groove design incorporates four-end screw edge, double-end groove, and variable pitch in the feeding section, with compound structures in plasticizing and extrusion sections for superior feeding capability, plasticization, exhaust efficiency, and stable extrusion pressure.
Barrel Assembly
The barrel features specialized bushings for each section (feeding, plasticizing, exhaust, and extrusion) made from 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel. Each bushing undergoes heat treatment to achieve inner surface hardness of HRC65-70 with 0.5-0.7mm hardened depth. The outer diameter includes annular grooves for precise heating and cooling control, with replaceable bushings for maintenance flexibility.
Gearbox System
Utilizing a two-stage reducer with hard-hard tooth surface cylindrical gears specifically designed for extruders, this system offers exceptional axial load capacity and compact construction. Gears and gear shafts are crafted from high-strength, low-carbon alloy steels with carburized, quenched, and ground tooth surfaces achieving grade 6 transmission precision.
Temperature Control
Equipped with a five-unit temperature controller for independent regulation of feeding section barrel, plasticizing section barrel, exhaust section barrel, extrusion section barrel, and screw temperatures. Each unit provides 9Kw electric heating with softened water as circulating medium at 0.2-0.3Mpa inlet pressure. Features Grundfos circulating pumps and intelligent automatic temperature controllers with ±2℃ accuracy, including automatic water replenishment and safety interlocks.
