Operating Principle

This equipment utilizes integrated hydraulic and heating systems to facilitate rubber vulcanization under precisely controlled conditions.

Pressure Application: Hydraulic cylinders generate precise pressure to ensure complete mold cavity filling, minimize air bubble formation, and produce dense product structures.

Temperature Control: Heating platens utilize steam, heat transfer oil, or electric heating to elevate rubber compound temperature, promoting molecular cross-linking and transformation from linear to network structures.

Automated Operation: Modern systems feature PLC and touchscreen controls for automatic degassing, pre-compression, vulcanization timing, and mold opening sequences.

Operational Sequence

Place unvulcanized semi-finished product into the mold between heating plates
Introduce hydraulic medium into cylinders, activating plunger to push movable platform and compress mold
Introduce heating medium into heating plates
After achieving set temperature and time parameters, discharge hydraulic medium, open mold, and remove finished product
