XPW-800 Automatic PLC Control Mesh-Belt Type Rubber Batch Off Cooling Machine
Mesh-Belt Type Rubber Batch Off Cooling Machine is the downstream auxiliary to the mixer or the dispersion mixer. It is used for cooling, folding and depositing the rubber strip that comes from the open mills or twin screw extruder.

It is designed to perform continuous operations of rubber slab conveying, separate applying, air cooling, drying, cutting and wig-wag stacking.
Applications
The Mesh-Belt Type Rubber Batch Off Cooling Machine is a commonly used cooling device in the production of rubber products. The production of tires, cables, rubber hoses and other rubber products is made much easier when the rubber sheets are cooled using this equipment. It cools and dries the rubber sheet produced in rubber mixing mills or rubber sheet presses so that they can be properly stored.
Product description of Automatic PLC Control Mesh-Belt Type Rubber Batch Off Cooling Machine
1. Immerse the rubber sheet into the dip tank which contains a solvent then hang the sheets where they will be dried by fan. These procedures guarantee and optimal cooling and drying effect.
2. The whole machine adopts PLC control. Every procedure is driven by variable frequency motor. The speed can be adjusted freely.
3. Cooling fans are high-volume fans with optimal cooling effects.
4. Upon request, rubber cooling machines can be equipped with an automatic counting device, automatic cutting device and automatic packing device. After automatic sheet packing, it is easier to feed the rubber extruder machine.
5. After feeding, workers can just leave the machine to work by itself.
