Applications
The rubber sheet batch off cooler machine is a commonly used cooling device in the production of rubber products. The production of tires, cables, rubber hoses and other rubber products is made much easier when the rubber sheets are cooled using this equipment. It cools and dries the rubber sheet produced in rubber mixing mills or rubber sheet presses so that they can be properly stored.

This Rubber Sheet Cooling Machine adopts a Hanging Type, with the character of simple and proper structure, flexible operation, and spacious vacuum.
This Rubber Sheet Cooling Machine is mainly composed of 2 large parts: the main host and the electrical controlling system. Every main part of the machine host is all in accordance with the industrial standards, with high-quality materials, and carefully processed.

The Hanging Type Rubber batch off cooling machine structural features of the device are as follows:
1. Rubber Sheet Access Device
Front access device’ raising and falling are cylinder control, using no joint circle conveyor belt and frequency converter to adjust the transmission speed. The joint device adopts a cylinder driving pressing roll to press and join the structure.
2. Press Jointed Device
Adopt cylinder driving pressing roll to press joint structure.
3. Printing Device
Through the adjustment of the manual directional control valve control cylinder printing plate rising or falling, You can get code, shift, trips, and other printing on the sheets.

4. Dipping Device
This device will dip the rubber sheet which comes from the access device and at the same time smeared separately. Slurry with cooling circulatory system.
5. Lifting Device
The lifting device’s function is lifting the rubber sheets getting over the hanging rods and then putting the rubber sheet on the rods. It includes a clamping conveyor device, transmission device.
6. Cooling Air Case
Totally enclosed fan cooled, automatic film hang on hanging glue rod blow-drying and cooling.
7. Cutting Device
Will be cooling film after cutting, the cutting length according to the customer's requirements
8. Rubber Sheet Hanging & Cooling Zone
This device makes the rubber sheet that is put on the hanging rod move slowly. When the rubber sheet slowly moving, it will be blown dry to get the rubber sheet cooled down and dry. The mode of hanging rod moving is driven by the motor reducer. The hanging rod’s material is A3 steel pipes welded and conveying speed is adjustable.

9. Rear Access Device
The rear receiving device can take down the rubber sheets which is after cooled, through transmission belts and then stacked mechanically on the pallet. It adopts ring-type conveyor belts without a joint to transmit and works together with a pressing roll. The frequency converter adjusts the transmitting of the belt.
10. Rubber Sheet Wagging Device
The rubber wagging device is used to stack after cooled rubber sheets continuously.
This device is composed of ring-type conveyor belts, roll, tension device, stand, rubber wagging arm, etc. Rubber wagging device is cam mode, through motor driving wagging arm to wag rubber sheets to realize the stacking.
11. Pneumatic System
Purpose: To control the access device, press Jointed Device, printing device, and the cutting device in each cylinder.
12. Electrical Controlling System
The whole production line all adopts frequency converter controlling speed to realize no-machine speed adjusting. Install the integrated controlling system to realize one-button speed adjustment (knob interlocks), one-button to start, stop, convenient for worker easy operation.
