Hot Feed Extruder Overview
The inner tube hot feed extruder is specialized equipment for producing tire inner tubes using a hot feeding process that requires preheating of rubber compound. It forms continuous inner tube blanks through screw extrusion.
Main Structure and Components
- Feeding System: Hot feed port receives preheated rubber compound (60-80°C) with forced feeding rollers for uniform material entry
- Extrusion System: Single screw structure with small length-to-diameter ratio (4-6:1) and low compression ratio (1:1.2-1.4) adapted for hot rubber characteristics
