1. The machine is mainly used to splice the inner tube of automobile, motorcycle bicycle, It features high efficiency and lower labor.
2. It is equipped with advanced hydraulic control system and PLC controller, the transmission part is adopted of linear action bearing that ensurance accuracy in movement.
3. The honrizontal cutting method is applied and the heating temperature conrol of the cutter in a wide range.
4. The joint board used rubber surface joint mold and is fit for a wide variety of rubber splicing. The joint features high strength and stable quality.
This machine is used for green butt-jointing the tube splicer into a circle for curing.
It's hydraulic type with high pressure to make sure the joint is perfect.
