  • PLC Time Setting: Vulcanizing time can be directly programmed through the PLC screen. When set time is reached, machine automatically alarms and opens the mold.
  • High-Quality Pillar Construction: Pillars manufactured from premium #45 steel, enhanced through quenching and tempering processes to significantly improve hardness, wear resistance, and abrasive resistance.
  • Robust Frame Structure: Top beam and bottom plate constructed from high-quality Q-235A ductile iron welding. Post-welding processing includes artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.
  • Durable Plunger Design: Plunger crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel with surface hardness of HRC 60-70 and chilled layer depth of 8-15mm, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and extended service life.
