Application

This rubber cutter is mainly used to cut natural rubber, synthetic rubber and other plastic materials. It is especially suitable for installation near rubber mixers to cut small pieces of rubber.

Single Knife Vertical Rubber Cutter Features

High hardness and high precision circular knife cutting with pneumatic feed and pneumatic tailstock (with over pressure protection device)
Replaceable cutting spindle steering to accommodate different cutting methods
Optional feeding diameter increase to ø300mm with additional drive motor and reducer for circular knife parts
Precision linear guide bearing installed in knife seat for stable cutting and beautiful finished edges
Optional sword-type flat knife slitting structure for manual cutting functionality
PE hose protection on cutting spindle to prevent blade bruising
Hexagon positioning shaft allows setting six basic slitting widths with accurate multiple cutting width locations
