XQL-80 Rubber Bale Cutter, Rubber Bale Cutting Machine, Rubber Cutting Machine
Machine Usage:
Rubber bale cutter is one of the raw material processing machines of rubber factory. It's mainly used in cutting the natural rubber or synthetic rubber into easy mixing small blocks to conform the requirements.
Machine Introduction:
XQL-80 single knife rubber bale cutter mainly consists of motor, vane pump, magnetic exchange valve, overflow valve, slave ram, oil pressure gauge pipe, hydro-cylinder support, rubber cutting knife, rack, conveying groove etc. Oil cylinder uses standard hydro-cylinder; Rack use high quality welded steel frame; the rubber cutting knife is made of 9CrSi or T8A, through heat treatment its hardness reaches HRC60. Below the cutting knife is nylon board to protect the knife edge.
When cutting rubber, raw rubber bag (cold and raw rubber should be preheated before thawing) put in the conveying groove, pushing it to the below of the cutting knife, then hands off the rubber blocks, press the button to start cutting rubber.

4. Foundation drawings, detailed machine assembly drawings & parts drawing, user guide and maintenance manual will be supplied before the delivery.
5. Custom clear documents required in destination port, such as B/L, commercial invoice, packing list, insurance policy, C/O will be supplied once upon the delivery.

Normally it needs about 25 days to 3 months according to the ordered machines' size and quantity.
