This series of plate vulcanizing machine is a special molding equipment for rubber industry. The heating method adopts electric heating (steam or oil heating), and the power adopts high combination pump as the oil method to reduce the power loss of the equipment.
 
The electrical control adopts advanced PLC control technology, which can realize automatic control, automatic operation mold, automatic heating control and other processes. And can realize automatic deflating, automatic closing, opening, pushing, top die, so as to ensure product quality and high efficiency.
 
In addition, according to the technical requirements of customers, we can customize a variety of four-column, frame, workbench, workbench and other plate vulcanization machines.
