The film cooler is produced by Qingdao Beishun Environmental Protection Technology Co., LTD. The model is XPG-600mm. It is mainly used to combine with equipment such as internal mixers and open mills to form a production line, completing the cooling, slicing and stacking processes of films. This equipment adopts spray or immersion cooling methods. Its structure includes components such as a suspended belt lifting device, stainless steel woven mesh belt, and air-cooled drying device, and is equipped with a PLC control system and a variable frequency speed regulation motor

Structural composition:

The main structure of the film cooler includes:
Suspended belt lifting device: Used for automatically conveying films to the cooling area 
Stainless steel woven mesh belt: As the main component for carrying films, it has corrosion resistance 
Air-cooled drying device: This equipment is equipped with an air-cooled drying device for the film cooling process

Function and Technology:

This equipment, through the linkage with the internal mixer and the open mill, forms a continuous production line and realizes the following process steps:
High-temperature films are conveyed into the cooling tank by the conveying system and cooled down by spraying or soaking
2. The cooled film is slit into the predetermined size through a slicing device
3. The laminating system completes the cooling, slicing and laminating processes of the film
