Working Process & Principle

The vulcanization process begins by placing semi-finished products into shaping molds, which are then positioned between the machine's heated plates. Hydraulic fluid injection activates the piston, moving the plate to compress the mold. After vulcanization treatment, fluid drainage releases pressure for product removal.

The working principle utilizes high temperature to fuse rubber molecules, enhancing physical and mechanical properties. Generated pressure from movable plates suppresses bubble formation, ensuring compact, fine product quality.
