Rubber vulcanizing press applies to all kinds of rubber (natural rubber, EPDM rubber, NBR rubber, synthetic rubber, silicone rubber ext. ) vulcanizing and compression molding.

Advantages of Frame Type Vulcanizing Press Machine:
1. Numerous small oil cylinders act on the hot plate uniformly to ensure uniform vulcanization pressure on the product during vulcanization, and the vulcanization quality is far superior to the traditional bottom-mounted flat vulcanizer.
 
2. The cylinder pressure can be controlled in groups, so that when the product width difference is relatively large, the quality remains stable.
 
3. Reasonable hydraulic system design makes the installed capacity of the vulcanizing host only one third of that of the traditional bottom-mounted flat vulcanizing machine, which greatly saves the operating cost.
 
4. The main machine is directly placed on the ground, and there is no need to drill a deep pit like the traditional under-mounted flat vulcanizer, which greatly saves the cost of infrastructure construction, and the site is tidy.
 
5. The whole process is always maintained at the same level, and the operation is very convenient.
 
6. Due to the rational design, daily maintenance is very convenient.

Configuration
1. The Rubber vulcanizing press adopts the advanced PLC control . The working program can be set in the cabinet and machine will work according to this program. PLC control system can accurately realize auto lifting, auto mould open/close, auto air exhausting, auto pressure filling, also with the vulcanizing timing function, vulcanizing alarms function, automatic control & manual control switch function.

2.Most spare parts for hydraulic system are imported from Taiwan
 
3.Machine body casting is made of FCD 50 ductile cast iron ,which is processed by high tensile strength after aging passivation
 
4.The machine pillars/ columns are made of medium carbon steel , and its hardness can reach HRC55-58
 
5.The cartridge heater adopts three stages winding, nichrome wire , non-rusty
 
6.Oil seal are from Japanese NOK and Sakagmi Brand , it is wear-resisitant ,durable and oil tight
 
7.Main electrical elements are from Schneider or Mitsubishi ,which can stabilize machine performance
 
8. Mould push-pull device can be configured to improve the efficience and save labor.
 
9. Hot platens' temperature is controlled by temperature control system to guarantee the high precision and good quality of final products.
