Structure feature

The main structure of this machine is composed by bead wire let-off device, bead wire heating device, grommeting extrusion, cooling traction storage device, length fixing & cutting device and bead chuck forming equipment, adopt PLC(program control) set circling numbers, bead ring free for cloth wrapping, automatic discharge. Wire extrusion die device is of wide adaptability and easy disassembly.
