Applications
We provide a wide range of rubber vulcanizing hot press, ranging from 15 to 10,000 tons mostly made-to-order products. We provide turnkey solution and technical service, for complete machinery installation and production line planning. Rubber vulcanizing press applies to all kinds of rubber (natural rubber, EPDM rubber, NBR rubber, synthetic rubber, silicone rubber ext. ) vulcanizing and compression molding.

The rubber vulcanizing press machine can be used to make various O ring, sealing parts, oil seal, auto parts, rubber crash pad, rubber air spring, key board, medical rubber parts, rubber bottle stopper, silicone wrist band, water-stop tape, bridge support/bridge bearings, rubber cable, electronics insulators, rubber sheets, thin conveyor belts, waterproof materials, printing blankets, rubber and plastic floors, linings and other plate products, and can also be based on user process requirements.

Configuration

1. The Rubber vulcanizing press adopts the advanced PLC control . The working program can be set in the cabinet and machine will work according to this program. PLC control system can accurately realize auto lifting, auto mould open/close, auto air exhausting, auto pressure filling, also with the vulcanizing timing function, vulcanizing alarms function, automatic control & manual control switch function.

3.Machine body casting is made of FCD 50 ductile cast iron ,which is processed by high tensile strength after aging passivation

4.The machine pillars/ columns are made of medium carbon steel , and its hardness can reach HRC55-58

5.The cartridge heater adopts three stages winding, nichrome wire , non-rusty

6.Oil seal are from Japanese NOK and Sakagmi Brand , it is wear-resisitant ,durable and oil tight

7.Main electrical elements are from Schneider or Mitsubishi ,which can stabilize machine performance

8. Mould push-pull device can be configured to improve the efficience and save labor.

9. Hot platens' temperature is controlled by temperature control system to guarantee the high precision and good quality of final products.

Our Service:

1. Our engineer team can design customized machines for you and send the drawings for confirm.

2. The wires' connection from control box to operation box is finished before delivery. The user only needs to connect the outside wire to the controlling box.

3. Each machine is tested running with load at our factory before delivery to guarantee each parts working well.

4. Foundation drawings, detailed machine assembly drawings & parts drawing, user guide and maintenance manual will be supplied before the delivery.

5. Custom clear documents required in destination port, such as B/L, commercial invoice, packing list, insurance policy, C/O will be supplied once upon the delivery.
