Rubber Vulcanizing Press Machine applies to all kinds of rubber (natural rubber, EPDM rubber, NBR rubber, synthetic rubber, silicone rubber ext. ) vulcanizing and compression molding. Like rubber seals, O-ring, Escalator handrail, rubber mat, oil seal, auto parts, rubber crash pad, rubber air spring, key board, medical rubber parts, rubber bottle stopper, silicone wrist band, water-stop tape, bridge support/bridge bearings, rubber cable, blankets, hand cart tires, rubber wheels, tractor tires, cycle tires, electronics insulators etc..

Technical parameters

Brief introduction of rubber vulcanizing press machine:

1) It has 4-columns structure and frame structure, as a below pressing type(upwards), the heating plate opens by the self-weight of the hot plate, platform and plunger.

2) The plate size, piston stroke and total pressure can be adjusted according to customers’ actual requirement, the machine can equip with manual-pull mold and automatic hydraulic-pull mold, which reduces labors’ working strength and inconvenience.

3) This machine has three kinds of control method: manually and auto.

4) Fast speed mould-closing, high production efficiency, low locking speed to protect mould.

5) Made of nodular cast iron, the oil cylinder of machine is improved in compressive strength and wear resistance.

6) Numerous small oil cylinders act on the hot plate uniformly to ensure uniform vulcanization pressure on the product during vulcanization, and the vulcanization quality is far superior to the traditional bottom-mounted flat rubber vulcanizing press machine.

Configuration of rubber vulcanizing press machine

1. The Rubber vulcanizing press machine adopts the advanced PLC control. The working program can be set in the cabinet and machine will work according to this program. PLC control system can accurately realize auto lifting, auto mould open/close, auto air exhausting, auto pressure filling, also with the vulcanizing timing function, vulcanizing alarms function, automatic control & manual control switch function.

3.Machine body casting is made of FCD 50 ductile cast iron ,which is processed by high tensile strength after aging passivation

4.The machine pillars/ columns are made of medium carbon steel , and its hardness can reach HRC55-58

5.The cartridge heater adopts three stages winding, nichrome wire , non-rusty

6.Oil seal are from Japanese and Sakagmi Brand , it is wear-resisitant ,durable and oil tight

7.Main electrical elements are from Schneider or Mitsubishi ,which can stabilize machine performance

8. Mould push-pull device can be configured to improve the efficience and save labor.

9. Hot platens' temperature is controlled by temperature control system to guarantee the high precision and good quality of final products.
