The 80T plate vulcanizing machine is suitable for pressing various moulded products, such as rubber and plastic, and also suitable for sheet products. This machine tool is a four-column overall structure, pressing type is down (up) pressure type, divided into main engine, fuel tank and electric control box three parts. The main engine is equipped with plunger, oil cylinder, fixed plate, movable plate and other parts. Fuel tank has oil pump, pipe, valve and other components. The oil pump is driven by motor, and the electric control box is equipped with button switch, magnetic starter, timing alarm, brake temperature controller, overload protector, etc. When the motor overload can automatically cut off the power supply, the electric heating is divided into three ways by the automatic temperature control instrument, which can be adjusted arbitrarily in the range of 20-200 degrees, when the temperature is reached, the circuit can automatically maintain a constant temperature, and the set vulcanization time is reached.
