Working Principle
The vulcanization process begins with loading uncured rubber sheets or preforms between molds in four layers. The hydraulic system then compresses the layers while heated platens apply controlled heat. During vulcanization, rubber undergoes cross-linking (curing) to achieve optimal elasticity and strength. After curing completion, the press opens automatically for product removal.
