Working Principle of Vulcanizing Machine
The vulcanizing machine processes rubber products by heating them to specific temperatures, initiating vulcanization reactions that impart heat resistance, cold resistance, and aging resistance properties.
- Heating: Internal heating elements (electric heaters or steam heaters) reach set temperatures and transfer heat to vulcanization molds and rubber products
- Vulcanization Mold Adjustment: Appropriate molds are selected and fixed to ensure even heating during the vulcanization process
- Installation of Rubber Products: Products are installed in molds with precise size and shape matching for consistency
