Working Principle of Vulcanizing Machine
The vulcanizing machine processes rubber products by heating them to specific temperatures, initiating vulcanization reactions that impart heat resistance, cold resistance, and aging resistance properties.
  • Heating: Internal heating elements (electric heaters or steam heaters) reach set temperatures and transfer heat to vulcanization molds and rubber products
