4. Microwave vulcanization system: Microwave vulcanization refers to the method of vulcanizing using electromagnetic waves with a wavelength less than lm and a frequency of U.3 to 3UD MHO;. Microwaves have strong directivity and can penetrate bad conductors such as rubber, causing rubber molecules to oscillate and rub to generate heat on their own. Microwave heating does not cause the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the rubber product due to uneven heat conduction during normal heating and vulcanization, which is beneficial to improving the vulcanization quality of the system. Especially for the preheating and vulcanization of thick products such as tires, it can greatly shorten the vulcanization time. Microwave continuous vulcanization is simpler than other continuous vulcanization methods, has high vulcanization quality, saves energy, and significantly reduces costs.

Extrusion process flow:
1. Batching and mixing: Mix the rubber raw materials and various additives evenly according to the formula ratio.
