For various electric vehicles, motorcycle tire curing, except man operated tire loading and removal, the entire curing process is automatically controlled.

Structure feature

The machine is of side frame structure, with two side boards harden into one integral upper and down beams. The hot plate is placed between the upper and lower beams. The whole machine is fixed stable with small noise and small quantity of consumable parts. Electrical parts used linkage, manual, single exchange system and PLC control system, which is simple, safe and reliable.

This moldel is multilayers vertical type curing machine, suitable for electric vehicles high-speed tire curing, so it is adopt vertical type machine design. With use of a sinle hydraulic cylinder, it can complete mold closing action of two-molds or three molds, thus saving workshop are and hydraulic cylinders products costs. Additionally, using ADDER aribag as automatically molding and internal pressure curing, replacing hand operations, reducing losses and less staffing. Each person can operate 15 to 20  molds, effectively savings manpower resources and improving production volume.
