Main use cold feed type
The design of vacuum extruder screw is presented by cold feed exhaust extruder. The screw used can be divided into ordinary type cold row screw and strong shear type cold row screw according to the flow state of the screw groove in the narrow compression section of the rubber material. The screw of the cold feed exhaust extruder is divided into feeding section, compression section, throttling section, exhaust section and extrusion section. The throttling section adopts shallow groove equal distance and equal depth thread, which can make the rubber material obtain higher shear and stable conveying process, and also improve the exhaust effect. In a cold feed screw extruder, a room temperature adhesive strip is added to the extruder. Rubber extruders are also often classified by whether they are used for exhaust
