Working Principle

• Pneumatic Downward Pressure System: The pneumatic device generates downward pressure, which acts on the ram of the kneading machine. During the mixing process, the pressure helps break and rearrange the rubber molecular chains, promoting the uniform mixing of various additives with the rubber and improving the mixing effect.
• Rotor Agitation: The rotors inside the machine rotate at a specific speed and direction to shear, stir, and squeeze the rubber material. The shape, speed, and mutual cooperation mode of the rotors affect the mixing efficiency and quality, continuously turning, folding, and stretching the rubber material in the mixing chamber to achieve the uniform dispersion of various components.

Structural Features

• Mixing Chamber: Usually a jacketed hollow structure, through which cooling or heating media can be passed to control the temperature during the mixing process. The inner wall of the mixing chamber is polished, plated with hard chrome, or lined with wear-resistant materials to prevent material adhesion and wear.
• Rotors: The rotor shaft wing body top and wing corner are welded with wear-resistant alloy to improve the wear resistance and service life of the rotors. The rotor blades have a specific shape and helix angle to enhance the shearing and mixing effects.
