- Common rubber blocks (NR/SBR/EPDM): 100 tons is sufficient
- High hardness, thick products, fluorine rubber blocks: Recommended 160–200 tons
- Heating Method: Electric heating (Precise temperature control, simple installation, low maintenance)
- Control:
- Semi-automatic: Manual + automatic timing, exhaust, holding pressure, mold opening
- Fully automatic (recommended): PLC + touch screen, automatic cycle, formula storage
- Additional Functions:
- Automatic exhaust (3–5 times): Reduces rubber block bubbles
- Automatic ejection: Convenient for taking parts, improves efficiency
- Fast and Slow Hydraulic Cylinders: Fast mold closure, slow pressure increase, protects molds
III. How Large Rubber Blocks Can Be Made with 600*600?
- Single rubber block: ≤500*500mm (leave 50mm on each side for mold placement / exhaust)
- Multi-cavity in one mold: For example, 100*100mm block → One mold can hold 36 blocks (6*6)
